This is a picture of the Port Mann Bridge (part of the Trans-Canada Highway) where it crosses the Fraser River.   Summer haze or winter rain can often make the image appear fuzzy or washed out because the bridge is about 6 km (3.7 miles) distant from the camera.  On a really clear day you can also see the Golden Ears Bridge in the far distance.
